RustaRoo Posted November 22, 2006 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2006 Yes, it is somewhat odd that the nomenclature used is 'early' and 'main', i.e., early upper, early lower, main upper and main lower. So to answer your question, 'main' refers to the later times.

Received cruise docs today and they indicated we have main dining 8:30 pm lower. then on the separate info sheet, it indicates thatwe can arrive anywhere between 8 and 9 pm (leisure dining):)
Nancyquilts Posted November 22, 2006 #4 Share Posted November 22, 2006 That's rather interesting - on most ships, main dining is the earlier one. Nancy
sail7seas Posted November 22, 2006 #5 Share Posted November 22, 2006 Main on most HAL ships is: Main Upper 8 P.M. Main Lower 8:30 P.M. They are doing that dining experiment and the times vary from the other ships.
