Thank you so much for replying to my question. We will arrive one night before the cruise in the morning. We will not be renting a car because the cruise ship is providing us with a shuttle to go to the Hotel and the Dock. I was thinking of an organized tour or a lemo tour. I have never been to Houston before except to the airport and you never see anything at the airports. Thank you again for your kindness of helping me. Happy Sailing, Joy

I've never used any of them, but here are some tour company sites for Houston:

For private limousine sightseeing tours:

I sincerely hope this information will be satisfactory and wishing you lots of 080402gudl_prv.gif

If you are only going to be here overnight and are staying in the downtown Hilton Americas, I'd suggest that you walk around the downtown and see the sites - George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, Theatre District - and then hop on the Metro light rail line that runs down Main Street. You can ride it all the way south through the Museum District, Rice University area and the Texas Medical Center to the Astrodome/Reliant Center and back into the center of downtown where there are lots of restaurants and clubs ready to entertain you.

Have a great trip and a great cruise!
