How many formal, informal, casual nights?

How formal are they...suit or tux?

Cannot find any info published by HAL re: dress code.

Usually 3 formal nights on a 10 day HAL cruise. Probably no more than two informal - maybe only one - on the Caribbean itinerary.

Hey, AndyPanda, we're on the same ship - have you joined the Roll Call thread?

 

I believe there will be 3 formal nights, and 2 informal - maybe only 1 as eldercrusier states. DH always brings his tux, but you'll be fine in a suit. Informal is jacket, no tie, but that's up to you.

Have been on quite a few 10 day cruises on v arious ships.

 

We have always had 3 formal, 2 informal and 5 casual nights.

 

DH always wears his tuxedo on formal nights.

 

Strange as it may seem, we always see more tuxedos on the 2nd and 3rd formal nights than on the 1st one.

A suit or tux are not required by HAL for formal nights...A jacket, tie, etc. are acceptable.
