As a rule VINOW posts new schedule a couple of days before the end of the month, but January still isn't posted.

That's a big change - used to be that*whenever HAL was in St Thomas w/ a relatively large number of ships that day - they'd tie up in Crown Bay.

 

Maybe now that the new shopping area in Crown Bay is completed they're more likely to get the non-HAL ships there to get it to pay for itself.

That's possible Brian. When we were there on December 12th, we were in Havensight. In fact, we were the first in port. Ryndam was in CB along with Carnival Liberty. I spoke to someone on the Libertyand they were told the shopping area in CB is scheduled to open in March. With luck, Noordam will be in Havensight again.
