Katy P. Posted January 7, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 7, 2007 Hello there! Can any of the past cruisers in the Baltics give us an idea of what the weather's like in early May? Thank you very much. :)
Sea42 Posted January 9, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2007 Hi Katy, We did a Baltic cruise last May and the weather was pleasant for the most part. A light jacket was needed most days. It rained our first day in St. Petersburg so we used our rain jackets and umbrellas, but that was the only day I would have called down right chilly. We had a balcony cabin and it was pretty cold to sit out at night. But during the day it was nice enough to sit out there. Carol
latitude 22 Posted January 12, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 12, 2007 I wasn't in the Baltics until July BUT I was in Prague in May which is little bit south and it was COLD and raining off and on. I wore turtlenecks, llbean windblocker and a light gortex jacket from llbean when it rained. the llbean gortex can squish up into virtually nothing. Also, brought mittens.
