Car rental in Puerto Rico

Has anyone ever rented a car at the airport and also been able to drop off at the airport? If so, what company? Thank you.

We rent from Hertz. You can pick up at the airport. We normally stay at the Marriott. You can leave the car there (they have a Hertz stand) and take a cab to the ship.

We are doing a btb and want to rent a car for one day to visit the rain forrest. Does anyone know of a rental agency near the cruise port so as to eliminate the expense and waisted time going to and fro to the airport for a rental ?

Yes try these guys they are right next to the pier and are great.

We are staying at Westin Rio Mar which is about 45 minutes away from Old San Juan and from a review on Travel Advisor someone who rented from Hertz had a hard time finding the place to return his car since he could not drop it off from the airport (he had to drop it off in the middle of Old San Juan somewhere) - can anyone drop off at Marriott - even if they're not staying there? And, if so is it close to the pier and easy to find/drive to. Thanks.
