Texcruise Posted January 25, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 25, 2007 We did a b2b on the Diamond in September: Pacific Coastal and Mexican Riviera. You can do either get off or stay on the ship. We were getting off to meet friends and they gave us an in transit card to use in order to get back on the ship without going through all of the check in lines. In December we did a b2b on the Caribbean and did not get off the ship. In our instructions left in our cabin a day or two prior to arriving in L.A. regarding b2b passengers we were told to meet in the casino at a certain time if we did not plan on leaving the ship and a crew member would walk us through customs. About 12 of us met there and we went right off the ship through customs and right back on. Princess has this down pat so things go smoothly. You will go through customs (with your luggage) after your second leg. ;)
