I have been trying for about a week now.....I can't login or do advance registration.....I thought there was something wrong with my computer. Glad to know its not just me :rolleyes:

I've read that people have problems getting into the pre-registration with certain browsers. If you do a search you'll find a thread on this, as well as a solution... I've never had a problem -- using IE...

I use IE at home and at work and I have been trying to access the advance registration for one week and cannot...weird thing is that my best friend has been able to do her registration and her husband's...I am always the lucky one!

A few weeks back there was a multi page thread about the new ncl website without a single favorable comment about the website from anyone.

Yes. I've been trying to access the hotel info for booked passengers and keep getting an error message. It doesn't accept my login information and I know it's correct. I plan to call ncl tomorrow.

Registration is just one of the problems I've had with NCL's new website.

About a month ago I phoned NCL Reservations 800 number and asked if they were having problems with the new site, and was told that it would be fully fleshed out within the next couple of weeks. Obviously, that has not happened yet. I'm wondering if it NCL's new website is more compatible with certain web browsers (I usually use Netscape or Safari).
