What to do after Crystal/Fantasy Caves?

We are docking at St. George on the RC Empress of the Seas on 4/25/07. We are a group of 7: 3 children (8,8,9), 1 teenager and 3 adults looking to please the kids. We have decided on taking the bus from St. George over to the caves as early as possible but don't know what to do after we're done with the caves.

Our ship doesn't leave until the next day so time is not a factor.

Would like to do a snorkeling excursion, maybe see some turtles, a beach, but not really interested in museums or the zoo.

Any suggestions, tour companies, pricing, websites, etc.

You can go to the beach in the afternoon. Tobacco Bay which has good snorkeling too is about a 15 minute walk or a short taxi ride from where the ship docks.

First, walk across the street to the Swizzle Inn for a good meal and drink. Then, catch the bus to the beach. Isn't the Lighthouse nearby as well?? Can't remember from last summer.
