barante Posted February 19, 2007 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2007 We'll be sailing out of New York on the Noordam March 10. Do we have any lunch options on that sailaway day, besides the buffet restaurant?
mamaofami Posted February 19, 2007 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2007 Don't think the dining room is open for lunch. However, besides the buffet, there is a grill making hamburgers, hotdogs, and serving mexican food. The lunch buffet is complete with a sandwich station, pasta station, hot food, cold food, salad bar, fruit, pizza, sushi. What more could anyone want?
Guest LoveMyBoxer Posted February 19, 2007 #3 Share Posted February 19, 2007 There are plenty of food options in the Lido. From pasta, pizza, sandwiches, panini, hot food freshly made, salads, burgers, on and on and on. What more do you need on the first day? The dining room will not be open since they use that personnel to help get you your luggage within a reasonable time. The panini was our favorite! You'll have a great time. barante Posted February 19, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted February 19, 2007 We'll be quite satisfied with Lido offerings. But I just had to ask. . .
innlady1 Posted February 19, 2007 #5 Share Posted February 19, 2007 We'll be quite satisfied with Lido offerings. But I just had to ask. . . We're just off the Noordam. To be honest, we were so excited to tour the ship when we embarked that we didn't even think about food until we'd passed Lady Liberty, and then remembered we were hungry...and made our way to the Lido for dinner! Guess that was a good start for not over indulging for the rest of our cruise!
