Mariner of the Seas' Specialty Restaurants

Recommended Posts

We've been to both. On Portofino, I really liked the skewer with thedifferent seafoods: lobster, scallops and salmon, among others. Their tiramis cannot be beat. Chops is really a steak hose with all the steaks you might like. I get the small mignon and the dessert I like is croissant pudding pie.

Here a link to some highlights from their menu.

I love Portifino's but wasn't impressed with Chops. Chops did have an amazing coffee cheesecake for desert though! Not sure what it was called on the menu.

Portifino's.... the breads with dipping sauces are great, the filet mignon is the best I have ever had. The pasta is great. Tiramisu is outstanding and served with a B52 (no charge). It's a layered shot. Not sure what is in it, but it's good. I think you even get to keep the shooter glass.
