Princess in Texas?

Does anyone have any insider information as to whether or not Princess will have a ship in Texas for the fall season of 2008? We have a FCB that we need to use by 12/08 and would rather cruise from a local port (Houston or Galveston) if at all possible. TIA

Rumor is they will move into the new Bay Port facility but are not committing until the new terminal is operational -- Jan 2008?!?

Which means late 08 to early 09 for Princess to reconsider ,if at all. :(
