Friend cannot print boarding pass

ok we printed ours..but our friends..she tried and it does not recognize her..so can she still get on without the boarding pass?...just the passports...I am confused..we used to get them from the ta:eek:

get her TA to get them for her...that is still possible. Not to worry.

does she live outside of USA.

We cannot print ours here and i believe the UK has the same problem. Our boarding passes etc all came together from the TA

Is it possible that she did not enter her credit card number. The boarding pass will not print unless that is filled out.

According to Princess you don't need the boarding passes. All of those that don't have passports, cannot print out boarding passes and are told to bring the summary. Princess has the rest of the info - your friends can always call Princess and see if it shows "complete" on Princess's end - it doesn't on ours but does on their end.

It's true that you don't need your boarding pass but as I found when I boarded in Buenos Aires, showing that paper got me into the Preferred Boarding line and saved me almost 2 hours of waiting in line.
