Can you make specialty dining reservations prior to cruise?

This is our first time on Celebrity. We are on the Millie in Sept and are very interested in the specialty restaurant and would like to make reservations prior to our cruise. Can you do this if you are new to the line and not a captains club member? If so, how do I go about reserving?

No - this is a captains club perk. But if you stop by the specialty restuarant soon after boarding you shouldn't have a problem.
