NCL Jewel - Antigua Shore excursions

Anybody could recommend any good NCL excursions in ANTIGUA. I am curious about.

- bottom fishing

- Island Safari 4x4 and Beach

- Fort James Beach Comob

- Catamaran Sailing

- Antigua Beach Escape

- Island Escape

 

Anybody could tell me something about these ? Thank you

You might have more luck in the "Ports of Call" forum, where there is a board dedicated to Antigua. I found lots of useful information on shore excursions there.

We did the beach escape and it was the best day of the entire trip! Relaxing in the sun, nice warm water, no 4 year old to chase...It was great!!!

 

However, getting there was a bit of an experience. I don't know why I was surprised that they drove on the other side of the road, but I was, and I was hanging onto my seat the whole time!

 

But the day was great! And because you could leave the beach in a few hours once the taxi/bus thing was full, you didn't have to stay till the end. We did, and still had some time to explore Antigua.

We loved Eli's ECO tour...which I'm sure that you'll read about. You need to sign up early though...very limited availability.

Canopy tour!!! We loved it! It does have a rope course at the end that you must be in minimal good shape for, but you can skip that if you like. Also a ton of steps to get out of the canyon after you have zip-lined down. It was a blast!
