First timer wondering when we should book our excursions

If we are going with private tour company’s i.e. Native way, Dolphin Discovery, etc. Do you have to pay at the time you book/reserve or at the time that you are on the excursion?

depends on the particular company...some want a deposit,...and some want full payment. Ask when you contact them, and the sooner the better because the good ones fill up fast.

You should also make sure to understand their refund policy in case the ship cannot make port (maybe weather).

If you are sincerely interested, book sooner than later. There are only so many seats available. Have fun and enjoy! ;)
