Daylight savings and the Star?

Since the ship(NCL STAR) sprang forward with daylight savings on Mar 11th and Mexico didn't, do I have the following right?

Star's ship time will be the same as local time in Acapulco, Zihuatanejo, Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta.

Star's ship time will be behind one hour for Mazatlan and Cabo.

Or did the Star stop turning its clock ahead one hour with the comming of Daylight savings?
