No Berries Again!

I have friends and family currently sailing on the Nautica, and some of them have read the long thread about the berries with Frank Del Rio stating the problem has been solved. However, they have requested berries at lunch and dinner in the Grand Dining Room and have been denied so far according to the emails they have sent me. Is Oceania not allowing berries in the dining room anymore or is this just a problem on the Nautica. They told me to post this on Cruise Critic to try to get an answer.

On the Regatta, when I asked for berries, I was served berries. They are better at the beginning than at the end of the cruise.
