joyinam Posted April 3, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 3, 2007 I know I've seen this on Celebrity site, but sure can't find it now! So, I come to those "in the know!" We're in a Concierge Class cabin / Infinity. Is there a DVD player in the cabin?
soooo excited! Posted April 3, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 3, 2007 well, since you haven't gotten an answer to your question, I'll share what I think is the answer.....as far as I know (and I could be wrong) it's just the suites that have such equipment, but I've been told the TVs have the 'inputs' for RCA jacks so if you bring your own portable DVD player you can plug it in to the TV - maybe someone else can confirm this for you/me? We'll be on Inifinity in July and as far as I know, the suites still have VCRs. Does anyone know if they've been changed to DVD players yet ? I know some of the M-class ship suites have DVDs but as of last Fall, the Inifinity still had VCRs? anyone know ?? I'm planning on bringing my portable just in case. Rare Jim_Iain Posted April 4, 2007 #3 Share Posted April 4, 2007 I haven't been on Infinity since last May. At that time they DID NOT have DVD's in the RS or CS. I was just on Constellation they had DVD's in RS and CS but not in CC. Hope this helps. Jim
J-man Posted April 4, 2007 #4 Share Posted April 4, 2007 On the Millennium, February 11 of this year, our CC cabin had neither a DVD player or VCR. I had brought my laptop with cables to connect to the TV. However, the RCA jacks were locked down (as in many hotel rooms), so no luck there. joyinam Posted April 4, 2007 Author #6 Share Posted April 4, 2007 Thanks, all! I'll save the suitcase space and leave DVDs at home! I appreciate your responses.
