OceanFantasys Posted April 14, 2007 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2007 Lets say you have sailed before but never for just one day. If you could only choose five of your favorite foods or cocktails for that day due to the ship rationing, what would you pick to get you through this glorious day of pure bliss? My answer : I would start out with a made my way omelette stuffed to the rim cuz its only considered one item see :D Lunch might consist of one of those panini or sandwich wraps with chips.. yes the whole plate is one item again.. hehe Ah afternoon by the pool with a coconut shell filled with a tropical passion Dinner has arrived and I would say its bout time for Chicken parmesean :p Lets not go to bed without warm bread pudding. with..nilla sauce. Bon Apetit' See its doable.. I will volunteer to be stranded on a ship for 1 day !! how about you? What 5 things would you pick?
Rare TV Dad Posted April 14, 2007 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2007 FIVE ITEMS TO BE STRANDED WITH ON A CRUISE SHIP FOR ONE DAY????? Does a six pack count as one item? Because that would be breakfast. Item two would be the lido deck buffet. . . Just one plate -- heaping onto the tray. Item three has to be another six pack. . . unless I'm stranded on the one day trip in Alaska. In that case, a nice bottle of merlot. Item four would be a deck chair to pass out on. I really can't handle my liquor very well. Item five is a toss up between Paris Hilton and Sandra Bullock.

Breakfast - A pot of coffee that stays fresh all day and a Denver Omlette, no mushrooms Lunch - A Philly Cheesesteak, again hold the Mushrooms. (I still have nightmares every time I watch Clint Eastwood in "The Beguiled".) Dinner - Mako Shark or Swordfish, broiled or grilled, with a bottle of Virginia's best wine from Chateau Morrisette on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Dessert - Strawberry Cheesecake. Last but not least - my DW - You can keep Paris - I perfer women with class. ;)
