Would Bookings open up on a weekend?

or would it be a weekday? I am looking to book Alaska 2008 and I know the time is coming up. I am going to be on a DCL cruise from 4/28-5/5 and I have my fingers crossed that bookings do not open up while I am gone. I have 4 cabin choices for this cruise and I know I need to act fast. I just want to know how on the ball I need to be. Thanks for any info anyone has!!

Usually on a weekend.

 

I have heard April 28-30th would be the date for Alaska bookings (this date could be wrong). I would contact your travel agent and have them secure your cabins while you are gone.
