We received a $200 gift certificate toward the purchase of a new cruise. The certificate states that it is not combinablewith other promotioal offers. Does this mean it cannot be applied to 2for 1 offering? Thank you for help in this matter.

You have to book within 45 days from your last cruise but you can use it for any cruise.

You can definitely use Oceania's $200 certificate on a "2 for 1 with free air fare". Have done this personally and know it's not an issue. I also believe if you use a TA with a good relationship with Oceania, they can get the 45-day restriction waived. Try it, you have nothing to lose.
