Montreal cruise terminal

We will be doing back-to-back cruises. Our intransit port is Montreal. We spend several days there a couple of years ago so have done various tours.

Is the cruise terminal within walking distance of anything?

Yes, it is right in Old Montreal. Quai Alexandra (Alexandra Pier) is right at St-Francois-Xavier at de la Commune. Right in front of the Musee Pointe-aux-Callière. Easy walking distance to the Notre-Dame Basillica, Hotel-de-Ville (City Hall) and Place Jacques-Cartier.

No problem. I know of a nice small B&B (shared bathroom, double bed, reasonable price) in the eastern part of downtown near the station central bus station, if that helps.

If you want a really nice dinner, try Restaurant du Vieux Port, 39 St Paul Est (that's east).
