Help! 2/3 deck Voyager

HI

I need help with a ocean view room on the Voyager of the Seas. Most oceanview rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd deck. On each level there appears to be 'Studio B' (ice-skating). On level 2 there is a 'conference room' and on level 3 above the conference room is 'the vault'.

Above deck 3 there is the casino and a number of bars.

Ther are only a handful of rooms on each of these floors so I am wondering if they will be noisy from sounds in the 'hall' or from above.

We have stayed on the lower decks on Freedom and Navigator and didn't hear any noise.

 

The ice rink sits in the middle of the ship on decks 2 and 3. You can not walk thru on these levels and must use either front or rear elevators depending on where your cabin is. I would aim for rear of the rink since the rear elevators and centrum go to the center of the ship's activities.

Several ships on decks 2 and 3 the OV are port holes, is this the case with Voyager?
