Cheaper to rent a car, but this is my own feelings.

We have 14 ppl so no it isn't cheaper to rent a car. My group is 7 pp, (5 kids) so we would need a mini-van which is just as expensive, plus I have to pay gas and tolls.

When we went in April, we used Art's to take us from the airport to hotel. We used Cocoa Beach shuttle from hotel to port. No problem with either. I would recommend both.

I was just on the Mariner of the Seas in Oct. 2006. I used Orlando Transportation Services to and from the ship. The transportation was great, but they raised the price before we went. Otherwise, it was great. I think that are a subsidiary of Alladin Tours. You could call them and see what their price is.
