MrLee Posted August 5, 2007 #26 Share Posted August 5, 2007 They can look you up without the number. It does make it easier if you give them the last ship you were on and the voyage date, although even without that, they can still look you up. Good luck! I notice your cruise this month is on theDream. When I was on there last year they didn't have any way to save the information they tracked. I got a $103 discount from my play but nothing shows up with NCL casino to show I played at all.:(
garycarla Posted August 6, 2007 #27 Share Posted August 6, 2007 When you talk to the Casinos at Sea folks, they should be able to help you. Maybe.
Coll101 Posted August 6, 2007 #28 Share Posted August 6, 2007 We did! my dad was offered a free cruise after our last one in April (on the Spirit)...so, called the Casino Department, they looked up my dad's account and he qualified for a free balcony room for him & a guest. I was able to upgrade him to an AF on the Jewel,( he had to pay the taxes & price difference between a BA & AF)added 2 more players 2 his room & for 4 in an AF suite is costing a under 2 grand for 9 days! The other 3 rooms are all AF as well & we all were casino players, so we all receive 18% off our rooms. **adding in here, my dad played w/ about 10 thousand dollars for the 8 days & he was the #3 player for the whole cruise**

We found this out at the end of our Spirit cruise. We had a bunch of points left and had planned to use them toward shore excursions on the Dream. The casino staff told us that we couldn't use them on the Dream and also that the Dream doesn't have the card readers. Which of course means that the main office will not have a record of our play. Oh well, guess we'll just have to take another cruise to use up our points!:D
