Canada Place or Ballantyne Pier

Although it's a smaller pier, it's actually less congested than Canada Place, and there's nothing wrong with it. They have U.S. Immigration right there at the pier so you clear that when you embark and disembark - very convenient.

Have a great cruise! Alaska is beautiful.

We are disembarking the Radiance in Vancouver on 7-27. How do we know whether it's Canada Place or Ballentyne Pier? We have arranged for a rental car so this does seem important. Do we wait until our documents arrive or is there some way to find out now? TIA.

We got off the Serenade last Saturday from Ballantyne Pier and I am so glad it was there. Canada Place had 3 ships docked there and it was crazy driving around that area and so many people.

Even though Ballantye Pier is in the cargo area of the Port, there were taxis available.

Enjoy your trip, we loved ours.
