Which airports for Sao Paulo & Valparaiso?

Which cities / airports do most people use for the ports of Valparaiso, Chile and Sao Paulo, Brazil? I'm pretty sure the 1st one is Santiago but not sure about the port in Brazil.

Sao Paulo has 2 large airports. For domestic flights: Congonhas (in the city). For international flights: Guarulhos, about 35 km from the city.

Sao Paulo is not a port. It lays about 750 m above sea level! The port is in Santos, about 60 km from Sao Paulo (1 hour by car). a private transfer from Santos to any airport in Sao Paulo costs about US$ 75 per car.

Most cruise lines offer bus transfer to both airports.

And you have it correct for Valparaiso. You will want to fly to the Santiago, Chile Airport. It is located about 90 minutes (could be a little big more depending on traffic) from the port of call in Valparaiso.
