Update. No Passport, but will have birth certificate on Tues.

Just thought I would up date you on our situation. Still no passport after it being sent off 14 weeks today. But do have good news!!!! Since we are only going to Canada via the cruise ship, he can get away with a bc. Thank God. It will be here on Tues and we leave out this Friday morning. ADVICE TO ALL CRUISERS...........When you get a copy of your bc, GET TWO OR MORE!!!!!!!! Because if you only have one, and you send it with your passport applic. then they have you over a barrel. Thanks for all your advice from this board, I enjoy reading everyones comments, etc... be sure to look for my cruise review in a few weeks. Thanks a bunch!!!;)

That is good news, at least you won't be denied boarding for not having the proper documentaion! :eek:

I agree excellant advice get 2 or more BC's before you apply for your passport.

I am glad you are going to be able to get a BC in time for your cruise. Now you realize since you ordered your BC, your passport will appear on Wednesday!:eek: :p Enjoy your trip!:)
