I could view it with that link. A jetliner went forward into the jetway and really tore up the plane and the airport wall. Wonder if anyone was hurt.

This is a power point presentation. If you don't have the ability to view pps files you probably aren't going to see it. It's part of Microsoft Office software.

Simple solution: Right-click on the link, then left-click on Save Target As. Then save the file somewhere. When the download finishes, you can probably just click the button that says "Open", and it will open straight away. Or you can find the file where you've saved it, and then open it manually.

 

Can't find any verification that the transcript is authentic. The fact that it's described as the FDR doesn't inspire confidence; audio is recorded on the CVR (Cockpit Voice Recorder).

According to Airsafe.com, the accident had nothing to do with cockpit cleaning crew - it was something to do with ground control. My bad. :o
