Liberty of the Seas aft balconys size??

Recommended Posts

According to the numbers from the deck plans your cabin has a 68 sq ft balcony while those on the side have a 72 sq ft balcony. Your room is listed at 189 sq ft while those on the side are 177. Not a big deal in my view.

The aft balconies on Freedom class ships are the same as Voyager class ships. Don't believe what you read on the deck plans, as aft cabin balconies are much different than side view balconies. You can check this site to check out all the pics of aft balconies on Voyager class ships. They are exactly the same. Enjoy.

I have to differ with the last poster. We've cruised both the Mariner and Freedom and there are some small differences in cabins. First of all the corner aft cabins on deck ten on the Freedom are not as nice as on the Mariner.

As to your question, the balcony is nice on cabin 1604, but the cabin next door, 1602, imo has the nicest balcony on deck 10. Of coarse that is just the D1 cabins.

The only difference is the extra pole on the deck 10 aft cabin balconies and the windjammer hangs over more on the deck above since it is slightly larger. Other than that, they are exactly the same.

We booked freedom cabins 1404 and 1406. The rooms and balcony is bigger. The standard room is 189 but this is 220sq. ft. The other junior suite is usually 287 sq. ft and it is 320 back there. Your balcony is usually 68 sq, ft. but in your room it is 189 sq. ft. and junior is usually 101 sq ft. balcony but this is 260 sq. ft. Dont listen to the post they tell you they are the same. That is how it shows but the rebs. will tell you the truth. You will love it. enjoy. Much bigger
