Currently booked on RCL , but we need to get back to X Millenium is currently in Europe and won't be doing a Vancouver to San Diego this year. I assume you are looking at 2008. In that case, current/recent pod issues are pretty much irrelevant as you are looking more than 15 months away. A lot can happen in that time... MortgageChick Posted June 13, 2007 Author #4 Share Posted June 13, 2007 That is correct 2008. Read on the post at the top of page that the Millenium wa supposed to have a somewhat pemanent POD fix in April . Hpoe that is true. I have posted there. J-man Posted June 13, 2007 #5 Share Posted June 13, 2007 The last confirmed issue/fix was in early December 2006. (I was supposed to be on the cruise that was cancelled for emergency drydock.) Millennium entered scheduled drydock in April; I can't say if any pod issues were addressed then.
chessbriar Posted June 13, 2007 #6 Share Posted June 13, 2007 Both her and Connie had drydocks in April/May to install auxiliary engines and change the bearings on the pods. They are under the impression this will resolve the issues. Only time will tell.
