How long does it take to drive from Anchorage to Talkeetna? Has anyone made this this drive recently? Thank you.

We were just there and took a drive from Girdwood (a little further south between Seward and Anchorage) to Talkeetna. The actual mileage between Anchorage and Talkeetna is 111 miles and we figured 2.5 to 3 hours, but that was without any stops. I think in reality it took us a little longer because we stopped several times to take photos and we stopped in Wasila to go to the grocery store because that is the last place with a major store. It's a beautiful drive and the road is great!
