Has Anyone been pickpocketed in Barcelona

Has anyone been pickpocketed in Barcelona? We have been discussing this on the Rome PP thread.

 

Just wonder- am I the only one?

I have not been personally pick pocketed in Barcelona but several years ago I had several gypsies on my trail and the last time we were there one person

on our tour was pick pocketed. In my opinion the problems with these types of crimes in Barcelona has gotten worse over time whereas in Rome I believe it's better than it used to be. But, as we have seen, this problem exists all over the world including the United States. So, we are always careful wherever we travel. In port, I wear a wallet under my shiit no matter what the port. We take one credit card, ship id's and a little bit of cash. And, we are very observant about those around us.
