Provisioning list for Freedom of the Seas?

Does anyone have a list of the typical provisions/supplies that are comsumed/used on the Freedom of the Seas, each week?

 

I was looking at the Wachovia webcam for Miami today, and noticed that at least 9 semi-trailers were being unloaded to provision Liberty of the Seas.

 

That is a lot of stuff!!

Hypo, we were on the 6/10 sailing of FOS. They handed out a 2 sided Freedom of the Seas fun fact sheet which included the amounts of food and beverage that is consumed in an average week. For example,8,000 gallons of ice cream,10,700 bottles of beer,18,000 slices of pizza,65,000 lbs of fresh vegetables. I would be more than happy to fax you a copy.
