catching a plane from San Paulo

we're on the 2/27/08 Journey So Am cruise which ends up in Santos @8am and our flight leaves 8:15pm from San Paulo. We were thinking of hiring a private car to give us a day tour w lunch and drop us off at the airport late in the afternoon. Does anyone have any suggestions on who to use or what to see?
