choosing a Princess Ship

We are taking an alaskan cruise next summer and I think Princess has our vote. Now I need to choose between the Diamond,Coral and Island Princess. We are taking 2 teenagers one 18 the other 14 so we need to take them into consideration too. Any insight into which of the three to pick would be most appreciated. Thanks Joan

We are trying to decide the same thing. Are there any differences in cabins? Bathrooms? I think Coral/Island have less dining choices, does it seem to make a big difference?

Any further help is really appreciated. Thanks

Cabins, bathrooms the same. I prefer the Coral/Island.. The ship is longer than the diamond, has 700 less passengers and a better passenger/crew ratio. Also, the Bayou is a great place to eat.

Another vote for the Coral/Island. Much better passenger ratio where passengers can spread out more. As Largin said the Bayou cafe is wonderful.
