Nathan hasn't posted in a couple of weeks, so he may have gone back on tour. He posts often on the Holland America board, so you might want to post your inquiry there as well to have a better chance of his seeing your question if he logs on before you go.

You're coming at a great time for wildflowers. The fireweed's coming out all over SE AK. Any roadside and meadow will have all sorts of flowers, and the berries are coming into color as well.

I believe his flower photos were taken at Butchart Gardens in Victoria. Hope your ship will be stopping there.

If the pictures you were talking about are in the last several pages of his trip, then it is Butchart Gardens. We did the tour with wine & chocolate and loved it.
