Taha'a excursions

Where was he going to pick you up? Bear in mind that the PG repositions itself around the other side of Taha'a on the Motu day (7-day itineray, at least). And at that point there are no tenders back to Raitaea or to Taha'a itself unless on a ship-sponsored excursion. So maybe that accounts for the cost? How were you going to get to him?

The motu day is wonderful. There is also a drift snorkel that the PG does which is apparently quite good, I haven't done it.

To Degas, I do not understand why you are looking for an excursion in Tahaa, while PG offer the whole day “free” Motu fun?!

We met a couple who went on a morning excursion and didn't get to the Motu until lunch time. They regret so much and wish they had canceled the morning excursion instead and spend the whole day there. ;)

BTW, the motu close at 4pm.

You really need to get to the motu early to get the best seat (beach chair under the tree and your toe in the water type area is gone by the first tender )
