Any comments on Turismo Nuevo Mundo tour company?

My husband and I are finally, in our 70's, able to cruise. We are scheduled for HA Rotterdam VI in l/08 and because of health issues need to use private tours rather than the ship excursions. Has anyone worked with this company? Their tours sound very good but personnel at their Miami, FL phone seem to keep constantly changing.

Last December we did a cruise to S.A. We were a group of 8 seniors. We flew into Santiago the day before the sailing. On the day of the sailing we used Turismo Nuevo Mundo. They picked us up in a van in the morning, gave us a tour of Santiago and on the way to the pier we visited a winery, a beach resort called Vina del Mar and Valparaiso before being dropped off at the pier. The guide was excellent and we got to see all that they promised.

We booked them online to pick us up at the port in Valparaiso, give a tour, and deliver us to the airport in Santiago. We were very pleased with the service and the guide. Would use them again.

We are considering using them also. I did notice they charge a fee if you for some reason did not make it to a port.
