After a tense week of waiting for a company rep to call back the dress shop I just found out I got this dress ( click off the little window and go to collections .. it is the first one RED )

Silver would be great, but a red strappy sandal might be fun too. But honestly, who's going to be looking at the shoes when you're wearing that dress? :p

No they will not. My girlfriend wore a pair with her silk chiffon wedding dress and they never came close to trying to snag. The are Rene Caovilla and made not to snag.

Makes sense that they would be made that way ~ I know they are fairly pricey. But if you are not in the market for a $1,000 pair of shoes, better to not ruin a $700+ dress.

They are indeed stunning .. but fortunately they are way too high a heel for me !!! Otherwise this would be a really pricey outfit!!!

 

Thanks for all the help .. I will be running over to DSW and Nordstroms tomorrow to see what they have in strappy silver :)
