Steamers????

I really don't want to open the bringing-an-iron-on-board debate, but I've seen two different answers to this question on these boards:

Are you allowed to bring a portable clothing steamer?

Yes you can, I bring mine every cruise. Works great. I don't like to start the day wrinkled but by the end of the day with the humidity and lounging around - why did I bother?

Yup, a steamer is ok to bring onboard. I bring mine on every cruise. It's a great alternative to walking all the way to the laundry room & then standing in line to use the iron.

Just so you know, there are NO self-service laundries on RCI ships.

I would WAY rather have a plate of clams than steam my clothing!:D
