FLL - Port Everglades car rental?

What is the best company to rent from for Pick-up at FLL (keep rental for two days) then return car to Port Everglades? They don't charge extra in Florida if you return to a differant site then you picked up right. I know that the POrt and Airport are very close together but just wondering if it works better to rent from one that has both a airport and a port agency?

The best company to rent from is the one with the best price. It's true, in Florida most car rental companies do not charge a one-way drop off fee.

I've read that Budget has a seperate agency from the airport that is close to the pier dose this maje things easier the morning of embarking the ship? What other companies are also like this?

Is it easier to return to budgets off site or the airport the day of embarking the ship?

Thrifty has a location just outside of the port security checkpoint on Miami Road. With over a dozen car rental agencies under one roof at the FLL airport, and the airport being 5 minutes from the port, you have an opportunity to choose the best value for the money. One stop shopping so to speak. ;)
