How early can I board Enchantment?

I was told by someone that it is best to go to the ship after 2pm due to the 9/11 security. Is this true? Anyone?

I sailed Enchantment last December. At least then, as long as they got the last group off with no problems, started letting people on around 11:30. It all just depends on how smoothly the last group gets off.

We just got off 3 weeks ago. We were on the ship around 1130!! Could not get access to our room until 100pm...but the Windjammer was open for lunch!!! I had packed a carry on with our swimsuits in it..so we ate lunch and relaxed by the pool until we could get access to our room!

I just got off the Enchantment yesterday. We arrived at the pier at 11:15 and were on the ship by 11:30. We had priority embarkation due to having booked a junior suite, but there didn't seem to be much of a line as far as I could tell.

 

My advice would be to get there as early as possible. I think that 11:00 is about the time they start letting people on, so try to get there as close to 11:00 as you can. I would assume the lines build up throughout the morning.

 

As someone mentioned earlier, the cabin won't be ready until 1 PM, but the Windjammer and pool are available for your pleasure and it's a good time to tour the ship.

 

As soon as I get a chance, I will post a full review.
