According to all that I've read on this subject matter, you should have it by this time next year. What I was informed of doing was to save your seapass card and bring it on the next cruise, show it on the first day at the C&A desk so you get your proper credit/rewards/coupon book.

Go to the C&A section of the Royal Caribbean website. Click on Activate membership. Then under the box where you enter your C&A number, click "Forgot your membership number?" Then fill in your information and your C&A number should load for you.

 

This worked for me about two weeks after filling out the form on the ship.

or call 1800 526 9723 and ask them for it. It's probably been assigned and they'll give it to you.

The told me not to fill out the form on the ship, that it would take longer, who knows if she just didnt want to deal with it. She said wait until you get back and apply online.
