pick up at port

In November, our son will be picking us up at the port in Fort Lauderdale, will he need anything to get into the drop off area to say he is picking us up Or will they just allow him in. Thanks for your help. Deanna

Cruising is not new to us, but we have always driven to the port and parked, this time we are flying to LA and cruising back to Fl, so need someone to pick us up there!

Deanna, All he will have to do is to provide proper ID at the port checkpoint. They will direct him to the proper area to meet you.
