Thanks for providing a link to the article on Ephesus. It was very informative, and I'm sure people visiting there will find it useful. You might try re-posting it under Europe-Eastern Mediterranean, as most inquiries about Ephesus are found there.

 

We're traveling there in Nov. and are very excited.

We were there this past May on a cruise on Oceania..took a private tour with the "Senior" guide..he was given great respect by the other guides..it was an entire day..with a wonderful lunch as well in a beautiful out-door area in a lovely restaurant...about 6 courses..all very authentic food! Thank you for posting the article...hope more cruise lines offer this as a port so more can walk in this historic area! LuAnn
