Rare 3rdGenCunarder Posted September 14, 2007 #2 Share Posted September 14, 2007 Does anyone know if the QE2 library has recorded books, either on CD or cassette? I recall a mix of books on cassettes and CDs on QE2. In the past I know I've borrowed a couple of Elizabeth George (Lynley mysteries) tapes. Not sure what else there was. Last time I was on QE2 I had my own book-on-tape with me, so I didn't look at theirs. QM has CDs (I remember this because I had my cassette player with me and nothing available to listen to.) If you have an ipod or mp3, check with your local library. There are services that let you download a book and use it free for a month (somehow the files evaporate after the month is out). If you can do that, you'll be sure to have a book you'll like. Kathy
