1st time on RC, a few questions

Hello. This wil be our first cruise on RC. We are on the Grandeur out of Baltimore on 9/24 for the Western Carribbean. Does this ship have complimentary beach towels for use on the decks as well as on shore excursions? Also, we have a guaranteed larger inside room, category L. All of the insides are now sold out. Anyone know of our chances for an upgrade. Will we know before the day we leave so if we don't get one- will we be able to purchase the day of while checking in?

 

Thanks in advance and any additional info. anyone can provide about anything on this ship or on the excursions would also be a huge help.

You will find two beach towels in your cabin which you can use at the pool or take to the beach. You are able to exchange a wet towel for a dry one at the pool. They tell you if you lose your towel, there will be a $20 charge, but I have never heard of anyone getting charged.

 

I believe most sailings from Baltimore are sold out, so paying for an upgrade prob. won't work. Getting lucky with a free upgrade, maybe, but unlikely. Have you checked the RCCL website (using your booking #) to see if you have been assigned a cabin (which could possibly change). Go to Guest Information and fill in the requested info. If a cabin is assigned it will show.
