Cruise Critic Review - Uniworld's River Royale

So glad you enjoyed the River Royale as much as we did . Our trip started in Lyon and went south. Like you we did our eating on board. It was very hot in june 2006, so we ate a lot of gelato in the small towns. It truly is luxury for the rivers. Pat

The daily soups were the highlight for me. I could have had nothing but soup! It never occured to me to ask if I could have a huge bowl of soup instead of the other choices. FYI, right off of the boat in Arles, you can get a wood fired pizza cooked outdoors in the restaurant/bar to your left.
